It was a great experience visiting Kyoto wearing a kimono. I would say that this memory will last a lifetime. My wife and I have great pictures visiting different temples around Kyoto.

VASARA kimono rental was really a great help in providing this service. We were trying to reserve online, but since our hotel was very close, we decided to stop by. They were very nice to accommodate us without the reservation. The staff were very friendly and will make sure to look your best.

We got great compliments from some people on our tour bus rides. Recommend that you use a hop on, hop off bus so you can easily go to different temples.

The kimono was very comfortable even on a somewhat hot summer day. We really enjoyed this experience and would do it again. Big thanks to the staff. Arigatou gozaimasu!

Last tip: If using Google maps to find the place, and it brings you to the side streets, just go back to the main road, the entrance to the building is there. They have a kimono display outside the building, and the place is on the 6th floor.

I had an absolutely enchanting experience! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. The selection of kimonos was stunning; each piece was more beautiful than the last. It was a delightful adventure.
