Les vendeuses sont accueillantes, agr?ables et s’occupent tr?s bien de nous (conseil, habillage, coiffure…). Il y a pas mal de choix en revanche de nombreux produits n?cessitent un suppl?ment mais les vendeuse nous le disent d?s le d?but.

3連休で人数がとても多かったですが、それぞれに丁寧な対応をしてくださっていました！素敵な思い出ができました！ありがとうございました！

100% the highlight of my week in Kyoto. Felt like a princess the whole day~ Everyone at VASARA was so kind and caring, even though at times there was a language barrier. I have no complaints and if i'm ever back in Japan i'll come again. I booked the 9AM slot and there was a lot of options to choose from ?
