We rented a yukata for my mom here to take some photos. Staffs speak English well and very nice. The rental process is simple as well. The shop is right next to Sensoji Temple. Highly recommended.

Very nice staff and great choice of Kimonos (too hot for this time of year) and a nice selection of Yukatas too.
A rental comes with a bag, shoes, a yukata and a hair piece.
Extra services like special hair cost extra, but still very affordable (I paid a 1,000 yen for hair)
It's super close to Senso-ji as well.
