We went to the Sensoji branch and my 3 daughters got the kimonos. A big shout out to Maria who helped us with so much patience. Maria is from Indonesia and speaks English well. She’s super super sweet and helpful. The whole process was very smooth even without reservations. Come early (they open by 9am) and get a booking first. We came at 9.30am and booked for 10.30am slots for our 3 girls. Went out for breakfast then came back to do hair and change into outfit. The return process was super easy too. A big TY to Vasara for making this day so enjoyable!
Pretty kimono with helpful staff, the choices of kimono is not much for the standard plan but pretty enough.

The starting price is okay but once you come in there's a lot of options to upgrade and so I ended up spending more! The woman who did my hair was excellent, and the woman who put on my kimono was very efficient.

Very quick service, kimonos were beautiful! I got the standard service, it would have been nice to have a wider selection of kimonos for that price, however it wasn't much of a problem as I found one I really liked.
