Very kind staff, and decent at understanding English! They were very patient with me, and didn’t charge me a late fee despite me arriving right at the 5:30 deadline :)

I had an amazing experience with this kimono rental service! Everything was extremely convenient, and the styles were young and stylish, just as I hoped.

the kimono was nice and colourful. The family loved the experience and selection on offer. We didn't do make up because of time but did up the ladies' hair and went for a nice photo shoot at the Osaka castle. Slightly chilly so we decided to return our outfits a little earlier and head off to lunch.

5 star services, staff were polite throughout. Kimono that they have for rented were very pretty and of good quality. My wife was extremely happy with their services which makes me a happy man. Will recommend thus place for authentic kimono rental.
