着付けの方に当たり外れがあるようです。 他のお二方への着付けの方はすごい優しそうで話もはずんでましたが、 私の方は話しかけても返してもらえず、 指示だけする人でした。 上記とは関係ないですが、 全体的に着物のLCCだと想像つくと思います！

この値段で、フルセットのレンタル、着付け、ヘアが可能なのはとても良い。 着付けもヘアセットも早く、崩れることもなかった。 しかし、電話問い合わせをしてからの予約だったが、電話で可能と言われたものが不可であったり、無料と言われたものが有料であったりと少々予定していた価格より高くなってしまった。 また、スタッフさんの質も良い悪いの差がかなり有るように感じた。

結婚式への参列で訪問着をお借りしました。 下見からお借りする日も丁寧な接客で安心してお借りすることができました。 久しぶりに半日以上着物を着ていましたが着崩れることも無く、もし今後着物を着る機会がありましたらこちらでレンタルしたいと思いました。

Amazing service, very experienced. Good selection of kimono designs!

What a wonderful memorable experience. Place was easy to find using google maps on the 10th floor. There was plenty of staff to help, and they were friendly and attentive. Getting by using English was not a problem. There was a decent collection of kimonos, and they were clean and in good condition. Even considering that it was winter, and around 13 degrees, wearing a thermal underneath and the kimono on top was enough. To top it off, walked from VASARA to Shibuya Sky for a photo package (easy walk even in the traditional slip one provided). With the package, we got to beat the queue to the corner vantage point too. Having lunch then on level 13 was just sublime. You rent the kimono till 5.30, so plenty of time to take your extra photos before returning it for the day.
