Didn’t need to make reservation when looking for a kimono to rent! Took us in right away and Customer service was absolutely great! Would definitely come back here again if needed to rent a kimono again!

I went to the one on the 9th floor because of the positive reviews on Google. However, my experience here was not good. Upon arriving at the store, I found out that the real prices were higher than listed online. There was a sign that said if I reserve online, it would cost me about 1000 yen less. I then booked for the next available time slot to get the discount. From then on customer service went downhill. At first, it was non existent and I had to repeatedly asked to be helped. Then, when I finally got service, I could tell the girl who was helping me didn’t want to be there. When I came back to return the kimono, again no staff helped me or greeted me. When I reached out to one of the staff, they told me I can just leave the outfit there. The way my kimono was wrapped, the part where the seams attached the fabrics together shows on the front. I don’t think it was properly wrapped. There were also some hidden costs (about 500 yen) more on top of taxes that I was not aware of.

It was a great experience overall. I was a bit shy but now i am so glad i wore. The staff was so kind, and the whole process was so peacefull and relaxing. I wanted a black kimono with sakura patterns and i happened to find what i was looking for, plus CATS on it. Highly recommend this place.

Came on a rainy day but was still an awesome experience! The service was so good, everyone was very kind and the process was easy! 10/10 would recommend!
