What an easy and great service!!! Several kimono options for both male and female. Very good quality too. We rented them to spend the day walking around and talking pictures in the local traditional streets. We usually dont do this kind of service but really recommend. この場所をとても気に入りました！ぜひ皆さんにも訪れることを強くおすすめします。

とても対応が良くて、初めてのレンタルでしたが助かりました。

倉敷で楽しい着物体験ができました どこで写真を撮っても素敵な写真になり、良い記念になりました

客に対しての接客や着付けヘアセットの手際などは良かったです。 当日オプションで費用が掛かったり説明がない部分が多々ありました。予約の時点で支払いが増えないようにして欲しかったです。 あと、どのオプションにこれだけ費用が掛かったと言う明細が欲しかったです。予約の時点でそのような明細は表記してないし用意できないと言われました。金額のみの複写の用紙とクレジットの控えのみでした。 スタッフ同士の声掛けが素っ気ないのと、新しく入った人？に対して冷たい対応をしてる人がいて残念でした。 「そこにあるでしょ！」じゃわからないと思います。
