We have a great experience here. The staff are nice and helpful.

Visited this place twice and each time the experience was mostly smooth and the staff are very pleasant who tries their best to communicate with you despite language barrier. That said, it is not the easiest building to find. Selection is also limited as I am of a taller height and wears a larger sized clothing and shoe, and so I had to choose something that wasn't my first choice, which is a bummer. While I understand that premium choices may be more expensive, I was rather confused to be told that furisode options can only be paired with a particular bag or shoe despite not having enough sized options and wanting a bigger bag (as in my head, a premium plan like a furisode would surely allow for more options?). I wasn't sure if it is a Japanese cultural norm that a furisode can only be paired with specific accessory or if it is a shop policy, so if that can be better explained I think will be better. There are other options for anime fans too which I had wanted to try! Overall, it is a good experience and I don't mind going back! Just be mindful to be as detailed with your communication when making your online reservation via email or LINE, and to inform them if you have any specific requests (the staff are very patient and kind). I highly recommend informing the shop as well if you wear a Western sized medium (US6/UK10/IT42/FR38) and above, or has a shoe size EU 38 (USW8.5/UK6/JP24.5) and above, so as to avoid disappointment like I had.

The service is excellent, and there is a wide selection of kimono. I highly recommend it to everyone.

私自身、着付け師範の資格を持っているため、人の着付けや作法などには少し煩いですが、こちらの着付け師さんは皆さん手際よく、且つ妥協せず完璧に仕上げてくださいます。時間が許す限り、納得いくまで付き合ってくれます。悩んでも上から目線で物を言うことや圧をかけられることも全くないです。七五三で伺い2歳、5歳もいましたが、子供にも十分に慣れていらっしゃり、子供達も安心して完璧に仕上げてくださいました。ヘアもプロの方がいて、前週に前撮りした所より素敵に仕上げていただけました。皆さんヘアや着付けしながらも、会話を弾ませてくださり、とても楽しく談笑している間に終わる感じでした。人気なのでとても混んでいます、下見も本番の日も早めの予約が必要だと思います。特に夏は混むそうです。LINE予約が便利でした。 ※注意 ホットペッパー予約でも、電話予約でもキャンセルは2週間前からとの注意がなく、下見の際にこちらから念のためと思って聞いたら発覚して非常に驚きました。なので、キャンセルにはお気をつけください。また、男性の同行者は入り口で待つことになります。
