Staff are very rude to foreigners.they need to learn how to treat foreigners.normally ,Japanese people are very polite to servants but they are not polite at all. Specially one lady who guide to collect the items.(wish I asked her name to be mentioned) Never ?? used again スタッフは外国人に対してとても失礼です。外国人の扱い方を学ぶ必要があります。通常、日本人は従業員に対してとても礼儀正しいのですが、彼らはまったく礼儀正しくありません。特に、品物の受け取りを案内してくれたある女性。(彼女の名前を言ってもらえばよかった) 戻る事はありません。??

Very nice service, close to Asakusa station and just 5 min walk from 雷門. We have 5 people and took only 30 min to finish the dressing and hair styling, and everything were well done, much appreciated.

The staff are nice, understand and care about my size to choose which one suits better.

初めてこういう観光地で着物レンタルをしたのですが、自分が着せ替え人形になったみたいでその分金額かさむけど1オプション550円ですごくお手柄に体験することが出来ました(* '?' )☆ 次来る時は彼氏としに来たいです????
