I am really happy with the experience at the Vasara shop in Kyoto. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Originally we made a mistake in the reservation (choose the wrong date)，and they had no problem with rescheduling us to the new date we proposed. It was a nice experience for our first trip to Japan, and something I recommend on doing
